community forum terms of use

  1. Provide valuable content of all kinds—go for the unconventional, whether it's video, pictures or articles. Share unique but relevant content. 

  2. Treat people how you want to be treated. Respond to someone's question, take the time to say hi, remember particular things about them and then use it to engage them in conversation, encourage people, offer advice and joke around. 

  3. Be positive. Being positive and encouraging your fellow community users, naturally draws people to you and opens the door for real friendship. 

  4. Give. Giving is the true undercurrent of social media—it's the circle that keeps everyone together. Give advice, assistance on a project, your opinion, your smile, your time or your attention. In whatever way is possible, taking the time to help/give to other people is crucial. 

  5. Be yourself. Don’t feel like you have to put on an act within our community.

  6. Don’t use copyright-infringed materials.

  7. You must be 13 years or older to use this site. 

  8. You may not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos. 

  9. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. 

  10. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users. 

  11. You may not use the Community Forum service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. 

  12. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Community Forum service. 

  13. You must not modify, adapt or hack Instagram or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Instagram. 

  14. You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Community Forum including but not limited to user profiles and photos. 

  15. You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any members ("Spam"). 

  16. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 

  17. You must not, in the use of Community Forum, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

  18. Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While Community Forum prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Community Forum cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its website. Nonetheless, you may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Community Forum service at your own risk. 

  19. Please refrain from consistent self-promoting on the forums or chat areas into personal advertisement boards. Keep your self-promoting on forums to 5 promotions max. The Community Forum is for everyone to share their talents and to have fun.

General Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username that becomes inactive, violates trademark, or may mislead other users. 

  2. Commenting and posting on the forum 10 times a month for 3 months verifies an individual as an active member.

  3. “Verified’ Active members have the opportunity to qualify for recommendation as a ‘verified’ CPM in TAM’s Jerne software; a software developed by The Arrington Method (TAM) to help develop and manage vizuns. 

  4. We reserve the right to take down comments or post that we deem inappropriate, with or without notice.

  5. We reserve the right to suspend your account if persistent harassment of others or persistent inappropriate content is posted, with or without notice.

  6. If you feel uncomfortable or harassed, you can report them here at tambot@arringtonmethod.com.

  7. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.

  8. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames. 

  9. We reserve the right to change our terms of use at any time.

  10. If we have previously suspended your account for violation of law or any of our policies 3 times in any given period, we reserve the right to disable your account.
